Transfering files from realplayer plus to iphone?

I have several education audio/video on realplayer plus. I want to transfer them to my iphone so that I can study with them when I am in the car or not at home. I can only DL these to realplayer, I do not have an option to put them in itunes. I tried to go to realplayer plus and used the burn/transfer button, to try to add a device per the instructions I could find. It does not seem to reconize my device(iphone) Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!! Thanks so much in advance!

Iphone only support MP4, (you can learn more from: http://www.apple.com) so if it is the format, you can directly transfer the video to iPhone using iTunes. If not, you should use a third part software to convert. I always use DVD to iPhone Converter Suite, it can rip DVD movie and convert videos in any format to iPod. It is the fastest converter I have used. Also, the output quality is great.
