Transfering music to a different computer?

i got a new comp and i was just wondering if someone could tell me step by step on how to transfer music from itunes to a CD-R and a USB memory chip. I HAVE BOTH MUSIC FROM I-TUNES AND LIMEWI RE. thanks :)

FOR iTUNES:

-insert a blank CD into your computer

-select the music you want on the CD

-in the bottom righthand corner there's a button that says Copy Music to Disk or something.. Click it.

-Wait for it to copy.

-Remove CD and put it in your new computer.

-Upload it to iTunes

-REPEAT.

And as far as LimeWire goes, you can move that music into your itunes and do it the same way, or im sure there's a copy to disk button on there too somewhere.
