Transfering my photos at Flikr to Picasa Album?

I have just logged in to my Flikr account to send some photos to a friend. However, I was informed that my account has expired( I have a free account) and need to upgrade by paying a fee if I want to continue saving them.

I find that the system of sending, saving etc are not only complicated but discovered that there are still some issues not well resolved like photo streaming from the number of complaints I see at the FAQ's.

Apparently Flikr does not have the Tools to transfer our pics.

Any suggestion as to how this can be done?

With a free account you won't even be able to download your original sized pictures back out of Flickr, but that's what you'll have to do to get the pictures back, download each individual picture.  If you have over 200, you'll also have to delete some once they're saved so that you can access the rest of your photos (they only display the 200 most recently uploaded).

There is no fast way only right click on each photo and click "save picture as" to your computer then upload to picasa..
