Transfering pictures from my memory card

Question

I am trying to transfer my pictures from my camera (Sony DSC-W55 Pink Digital Camera) to my computer and I cant seem to do that. When I try to take more pictures it says my memory stick is full but I cant transfer my pictures and i cant delete them. I can transfer the pictures from the camera but not the memory stick and I can delete the pictures on the camera but not the ones saved to my memory stick. Can you please help me to do this?Thank you
