Transferring Money from New Zealand to Australia?

What is the best way to transfer money from New Zealand to Australia with the dollar like it is without losing to much of my NZ Dollars?

The best you can do is keep an eye on the exchange rate and exchange when our price is down. Your only looking to lose around 10-15%.

If you go to travelex they don't charge commissions for their exchange. But you're probably smarter if you're planning on migrating to open a bank account and transfer the money over.

We can't do much about the exchange rate and it's not that good at the moment . you can phone your bank and ask to speak to the international exchange rate department. They will not advice about any changes to the dollar as if we all new for sure we could make a lot of money by chaneing rates constantly. Although some people make a living doing this they can also loose. The rate changes constantly . what you need to do is bring over enough to last you until you can open a account over here. But with a pre arranged pass word with your New Zealand bank you can phone them from Australia to tell them to transfer your money to your Aussie Account.
