Transferring colleges?

Is it possible to transfer schools between the fall and spring semesters? School has yet to begin here but I feel like I made a terrible mistake and if possible I would like to transfer before I waste all my time being miserable.

Yes you can transfer between semester if your school doesn't have a transfer requirement and if the deadline for transfer spring apps haven't passed. But if school hasn't started how do you know you made a terrible mistake?

Wisconsin isn't right for anybody. It's just that some people catch an unfortunate break and end up there. Transfer back to California if you can.
