Transferring iTunes to a new computer?

I have a huge music collection, mostly from LimeWire and uploaded CDs. I'd rather not do all that again. Best answer is most efficient, easiest and cheapest method for moving the whole library to iTunes on a different computer.

Select all of your music, and drag and drop them right into your library.
