  1. ok so I'm going through the same thing but I'm not going to a diff rent district..i start school the 21 of this month...I haff to go there because freshman year I got bad grades...[ima sophomore] but I'm scared and i don't want to leave my friends and my boyfriend but then again I do because I get to start all over!

i think you should [be you and don't change yourself because your going to a school where you don't know anyone..if your the real you people will like you for you and if you act like your someone your not you haff to act like someone your not as for the locker and books and notebooks just put like lyrics you like on them or your fave sport or singers or band..or the year you will be a grad..or your schools name]I'm doing everything in the little [] thingies!  and I bet you will make new friends the FIRST day!

  2. Well since you seem very outgoing and seem like you are amiable and can get along with most people you won't have a problem. Just always expect a few months to make really good friends. Sometimes I wish I was back in junior high (actually not really lol, I love the college life). But in college it's REALLY hard to make friends in classes. You have to rely on outside forces. At least in junior high and even high school, you can meet people in your classes. Take a class that would have interesting people in it: Try theater, music, sports, etc. Join a sports team if there is any. Do after school clubs. Invite people over to your new place. Just be bold and outgoing and people are likely to follow. Dress to "impress" I suppose. What I mean is just don't look like a slob, but obviously don't try so hard. I'm sure you will have no problem with that. Decorate your locker with pics of your old friends and replace them as the year goes by. Take lots of pictures thoughout the year! You could get super cute book covers for your books. It is going to be strange at first, and you might be scared and everything...but everything just takes time..and hey, you'll be in high school soon anyway right!! I with you the best of luck! :)

  3. look for a girl that is smiling and dress like you on the first day of school and ask her the question.  Tell her an old dude on yahoo said you should do it and the go eeewwwhhhh how creepy is that and you will be instant friends and she can guide you through the first day good luck

  4. I switched schools in 3rd grade so its kinda a different story from u. I was really nervous but it didn't take long to find friends. You could pictures in your locker. They could be your old friends, your hobbies, Celebrities anything. You could try joining some sort of club or team to help with the shy thing.

  5. try to wear whats in fashion because kids will judge you in a matter of 5 seconds they look at you

  6. i moved to a new school at the start of the year

i was at my old school for 6 years

    i was scared

i didnt know anyone in my grade

but you get to talk to people and see what their like.

    my books were plain

    we dont have lockers

    be your self!

    good luck!

  7. well i moved a lot when i went to school, i never stayed in the same school longer than two years. ur personality changes, mine did. the education levels are different, like ull probably be behind or a head in math or something. and some schools the students have different personalities, like the areas. if ur old school is a perky good school in a nice neighborhood, ur new school might be in a bad area and the kids can be hard asses i went to a school like that, thank gosh it was only one year, there was smoking in the bathrooms, teachers being accused of touching the students. its not much different tho besides what i just told u. I'm glad i graduated ast year

  8. I am the same. Though I haven't transfered schools, but make yourself reflect YOUR style. Bont go get all the name brands just because the popular people have them. Trust me. Being shy is better now. Because ya we get slammed, but in 4 yrs, the popular ppl will be invoulved with drugs/ acohol/ ect. We will be the smart ones
