Transferring photos to CD or disk?

I have a Canon SD750. My memory card is getting full. I want them on a disk or cd so I can take to Wal Mart and make copies in the future. What kind of cd's or disks do I transfer the photos to? What are they called?

I have no clue........please be kind.

You can copy your pictures to a normal CD-R, like you would use for music, etc.

Most Wal-Mart stores have a kiosk where you can take your memory card in and get your pictures copied to a CD or printed up.
