Transformation stories needed?!?!?

We have to do a project at school involving transformations. Does anybody have any good transformation stories, folklore, or films. Pleeeze respond soon!

um twilight (because of jacob black). werewolf stuff. count dracula turning into a bat.. there is this one folktale i heard once called the fox wife and its about i woman that turnss into a fox.. is that the kind of transformation you want or do you mean like surgery stuff?
