Question:

Transition from Welbutrin to St. John's Wort??

I've taken Welbutrin for a few years to control mild depression (I've been diagnosed with bipolar disorder before, but I think this was an erroneous diagnosis). I just moved, and have to find a new shrink for the Welbutrin, but I wanted to try St. John's Wort first...I'm on an all natural kick! Has anyone successfully transitioned from Welbutrin to SJW?

  1. St. Johns Wart can cause a lot of different problems with your health. although it may say different. try something else, in my opinion. i just got off of Wellbutrin myself, lol, now i'm on Lamictal. but the all natural doesnt seem to help with me. so i would ask your doc. if you don't find a certain answer from here. or google it!! i would do that.

  2. St. John's wort works like a charm for me.  It says to take three a day, but , that many makes me feel like a zombie.  I just take one every third or fourth day.
