Translate into spanish?

Can someone please translate these two phrases into Spanish for me:

1. Little One

2. Munchkin

If you're talking about a little kid, say muchacho or muchacha.  Anything else you can add ito/ita to the end of it to make it "little".

And as for munchkin, I would say muchacho for that, too.

Little one=el pequeño ,Example, Which one do you like? The little one.=¿Cúal quieres? El pequeño.

Munchkin is a word without translation, Do you any other word in English for it? Probably that other word does has a translation.
