Translate size of men's coat by inches given from shoulder seam tp cuff (25 inches) shoulder to shoulder (19)

if a mans coat os 25 inches from shoulder seam to cuff. shoulder to shoulder (19 inches) arm pit to arm pit (25 inches) and back of neck to hemline (29 inches) what american size does tjat roughly translate to. e.g., 44 regular. etc/

Maybe this site has the info that you need.  The chest measurement is where the 44 comes from and short, regular and long aren't in relation to arms, but to the jacket length from collar to hem.
