Not quite easy, because the words are out of context.

"Halt" is "Halt" (say "hult") and means a stop or "stop!". But it can also mean a hold, like in "The Lord gives me hold".

Jericho is Jericho, the biblical town. (Don't know of any other meaning.)

"Move out" is "ausziehen", in the sense of leaving a flat / city and move elsewhere. But "ausziehen" can also mean "to undress", so always mind the context! [irreflexive / reflexive, for those grammar savvy]

"Surrender" is "aufgeben". But "aufgeben" can also mean "to post a letter".

"Goodbye" is "Auf Wiedersehen" or, colloquially, "Tschüß", as a greeting; as a common noun (like in "the last goodbye") you'd rather use "Abschied".

you didn't write if these words are meant as verbs, nouns or commands. Unlike English in German it makes a huge difference in writing.
