It may be confusing because Bonito means pretty.. but in some Spanish dialects it could have different meaning.  This title is of Mexican dialect and it just means goes well..

Sorry, haven't heard the song though to tell you what its about.. but maybe BF telling GF hope it goes well or vice versa...
