Can anyone translate this in to spanish for me? I know a few of the things but I really am not very good and doing the past tense of spanish. Don't throw some fit about "cheating" this is not the end all be all of life and I intend to learn from this I just want to be able to do it right. It is a simple little assignment of a couple paragraphs of what we did over the summer-our teacher won't actually grade it we'll just have to show him we have it. Anyways, please help!
During this past summer (Durante el verano pasado) my daughter and I (mi hija y yo) played (jugar in past?) outside. We played on the swingset. We played in the pool. We even visited (visitar?) the park! It was very fun.
I also worked (trabajar) a lot during the summer (durante el verano). It was not any fun. I really liked having the money (dinero) though. I made some new friends (amigos nuevo) too! Sadly, one of them moved to Japan! All in all, this past summer (verano pasado) was fantastic (fantastico).
They aren't extensive I just can not remember what the past tense forms of the verbs are. I know that there is like a "fui" that gets conjugated when you are referring to I or us in the past vs. the normal yo, tu, etc.
