i dislike non fosiah Arabic(original arabic).. but that sounds like syrian arabic

if he says I love you you can say wana kaman.... meaning you too!! or ana aktar.... me more!!

it means You too Dear and if what you have told him was i miss you then it means I miss you too dear :)
