This is called a guitar capo. It presses down on the frets of a guitar, so it raises the pitch if you don't want to tune the guitar.

A esto se le llama una guitarra capo. Se presiona hacia abajo sobre los trastes de una guitarra, por lo que plantea el terreno de juego si no desea afinar la guitarra.
