  1. I guess your talking fiberglass. You replace it with marine plywood re-wrapped in glass.  If you are not a boatbuilder I do not suggest you do it yourself. Sorry but boats are not houses it has to be structural And waterproof.

  4. Must be replaced. This is a very strong structural member of your boat. It supports the weight of the motor as well. If you are not familiar with boat building, have it repaired professionally after taking bids and referrals from satisfied customers.

  6. Take it to a professional if you feel the boat is worth keeping.  The transom will have to be cut out and replaced, so make sure you really like this boat enough to spend the time/money on such a repair.
