Transport ferret to California from Arkansas?

So this is the big question about my brother moving to S. Cal. He's taking greyhound but he has a Ferret, were trying to find a way to get it to Southern California. Yes they are eligal but not if you have the Exodic animal Licence... which my brother has one. and flying it on an air plan is out of the question ITS 200 BUCKS!!!!!! so how can my brother get his ferret to California from Arkansas??? HELP PLEASE

I dont have a answer to your question but just F.Y.I. even with the license, the ferret is still illegal.

There is no transport option that will be less expensive than flying it.  $200 is about the price you should expect for that, plus the health certificate from the vet.
