Question:

Transport from Copenhagen to Lung?

I'm gonna fly to Copenhagen but my final destination is Lund in Sweden. I've been looking around and I know there's a train station at Copenhagen airport and from there I can go to Lund. The things is that I'm not sure if I should buy the train ticket once I'm there or should I buy it in advance? It's just that I don't wanna buy it and then be late and miss the train, becuase there's always some delay or whatever... But in the other hand, I don't wanna arrive and find that there are no train tickets left. For what I see there are trains every half an hour or so, so I think I should find a ticket... but I've never been there so I don't really know. I'd appreciate if you'd help me out, thanks!

  1. These trains are commuter-type trains. I think that if it's not rush-hour on a day when some huge event is taking place, you'll have no trouble buying a ticket on the spot.

  2. I'd buy it upon arrival.  It's not much--if any--cheaper to buy in advance, and as you note, if you miss departure on one of the cheap tickets (called "just nu" or "orange" tickets) then you're SOL.  Danish Rail and Swedish Rail, as well as bus companies Graahund and Saffle Bus, all sell tickets to Lund from Copenhagen's Kastrup Airport.
