Transport links in london?????????????? pls pls pls help?

i want ot move to an area that will link me to central london (chelsea) and uxbridge...

i'm looking for a DIRECT train route that will lead me to both places without having to switch trains.

please let me know the name of the stations

only hammersmith  line goes to Uxbridge. zone 1.

this is for the tube.

you have to take tube as this doesn't connect to nation rail services.

Connection points i suggest is Farringdon or London Euston (then take victoria line towards Kings Cross St. Pancreas) and hop on the hammersmith line (last stop is Uxbridge)

Uxbridge to South Kensington (nearest station to Chelsea)

Acton, Ealing, Alperton, Sudbury, Rayners Lane, Ruislip.
