Transportation From Seymour, CT to West Haven, CT?

I know there is a Train Station in Seymour... Does it go to West haven ... if not does it go to somewhere close to there where there is a bus to west haven or close... I am trying to find transportation routes between Seymour and West Haven because I do not have a car and I need a way to work? Anyone knows anything let me know, Thank

The Seymour train probably runs to Bridgeport. You can take that and transfer to New Haven. I'm not sure, but check first.
