  1. take the go train or bus to Toronto's union stn then take the 510 spadina  atreetcar (ttc) northbound to dundas

  2. Take The Go Train to union station.

Then take the subway, North on the University/Spadina line to St Patrick Station.

You could either then walk west on Dundas, til you hit Spadina (about a 5min walk) OR take the 506 Dundas Streetcar West, get off at Spadina.

Then it will be just north of the dundas/spadina corner.

Note:  CN TOWER is south, just to keep you in check of N, W, S, E.

  3. There are also some buses from the central part of Mississauga, going to the Islington and/or Kipling subway stations. Transfer to the TTC subway, and get off at Spadina. Then transfer to a surface route going south on Spadina.. I am guessing that the number you are referring to is around Dundas St.
