Question:

Transunion: Find Judgment On it?

If I have had a judgment entered, would it be under Public Information Category? right now it says none reported.

Also, is it likely that there might be no judgement according to Transunion, but on the other two reports? Is transunion normally up to date with this?

  1. I am not sure what Transunion does, but I work with credit reports every day and I have seen judgments entered into the public information category. I've also seen satisfaction information entered as well. If you satisfy this judgment (paid in full) make sure that satisfaction is entered into public record with that judgment. There are so many people out there that don't do that and then when they go to refinance their homes, the judgment shows up but not the satisfaction.

  2. It will be in the public records section if it shows up.

As far as the others that will depend on who got the judgment and if they asked for it to be reported.
