  1. Whose membership are you talking of?

    Generally nomination has nothing to do during the life-time of the owner and the owner is free to transfer or even change the nomination. Once a owner sells, his / her  nomination becomes void  / ineffective and it is the new owner who gets the absolute right to nominate again otherwise the property remains without nomination in such sale/transfer.
