Travel Activities?

My daughters and my husband and i and going for a holiday, the drive is 5 hours. Does anybody know any good acctivities for they to do? They are ages 11 and 15. Thanks!

5 hours is nothing

Let them map the drive , tell them to find things along the way that you can stop at, and look out the window at times. unless your in the desert  or in Southern California the scenery changes constantly

other than that mp3 players, paper, cards

Let the kids help plan .

We always enjoyed playing the ABC game when driving.  It's very simple:

You start with the letter A and look for a sign with a word that begins with it.  Then you go on to the next letter.  No fair using a word from a sign you passed already.
