Travel Backpack, looking for a pack thats around 4-4500 cu in and is about 5 pounds or less.

with the top and side access loading points, but not at large or as heavy

any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try at a store that specializes in luggage.  I have seen bags like that in those stores.  A store that sells outdoor equipment would be another option.  I don't know where you are, but here I would try Mountain Equipment or Eddie Bauer.
