Hi, I am not a US citizen ,but I do have a legal US / California issued Drivers licence.

I live in US California now.

I am planing to travel to Puerto Rico.

My question is: Do i need my passport since I am not a citizen? or only my U.S. drivers licence is valid to travel from California To Puerto Rico and come back?? Coming back is also importtant.

I found some articles saying Any U.S. state to PR is a domestic travel, butg my question is is it same after the passport law???

thanks
