Travel Package?

I am about to book an internatioanl travel package . It says:

Tour cost does not include Cost of USD 10000 granted by RBI under Basic travel Quota scheme.

what does this mean ? AM i requried to make this payment seperately ?

  2. This is amt that you can take foreign exchange from any bank.

    I think rules have changed; you can take  more now.

    It only means that any foreign exchage you need for collect it yourself; they will not give you.

    Also call them and ask. As they ask for extra $$ from you in cash. Your own currency+ cash in $$.
