How do you get around if you don't have a car in the Almafi coast?

i can only say to check guide books like Rick Steves or lonely planet.  And i must say I am jealous the Amalfi is outstanding!

   Also, if you haven't been there... it isn't easy to travel around the Amalfi coast.  There is ONE road to get there (from Naples to salerno i think)  there is a daily bus route along the Amalfi coast.  So you could take the bus sometimes.  Otherwise be ready for a lot of steep walking paths around the small towns (like Positano) that are there.
