Travel advices, hollidays to Israel and other countries?

Hello I am from Argentina, I am planning to go to Israel and then travel to countries near Israel and then I will see, maybe travelling for a month 6 months or how knows. I defenetly want to go to Israel maybe on the way there I can make a stop on Sweeden, Denmark. What do I like: to see strange places, strange cultures, my dream will be make it up to Asia, Japan, I dont know if I will be able to make it that far, besides Japan is very expensive, maybe Finland or Russia. I will have to see.

If you are an expirience traveller I would apreciate advices. I am thinking about staying on hostels or tents, no luxurious travell.
