Travel and tourism assignement?

why is it important for travel reps to write reports???just need a bit of help with it....

To keep them on their toes with their bosses.

to use as feedback, from thsi they can improve things that they do e.g add new services, give more help.

to allow them to look back over it and see how they can improve there own services, how they can improve there jobs and so on.

cant remeber any more but i got distinctio overall in travel and tourism last year!
