  1. Not sure I get your question, but a np or a lawyer can't vouch for your kids.  You have to get a letter of consent from one of the parents or guardians.


  2. A travel consent letter must be obtained by the "other" parent and notarized by the notary public.

    The other parent must also provide valid proof of who they are

    with photo id.

    It cost approx $25-30.00.

    The notary may also ask for the divorce or separation papers as proof of legal custodian.
