Hi guys i just want to know if how long does it take for me to travel from berlin to ital by train, and how much does it cost!? can anyone please answer my question!? thanks much!

Travel times and costs depend on where you want to go in Italy. There are saver fares right now on trains between Berlin and Verona for as low as 53 euro - the standard fare is 175 to 185 euro depending on which trains you take. It's a little more than 12 hours with a connection in Munich. If you can get the discount fare from Berlin to Verona but not to your end destination in Italy, you can always buy a ticket to Verona and then get a ticket there to your destination in Italy.

Berlin to Rome can take anywhere from 16 and a half hours to 23 hours depending on the connections. There's one train at 2:58 pm from Berlin that will get you to Rome in 18 hr 7 min at a saver cost of 63 euro.

If you want to go to Palermo in Sicily, it would take 30 to 35 hours depending on the connections and cost more.
