Travel from Puerta del Sol to Majarahonda?

Question

How easy is it to travel from Puerta del Sol to Majarahonda using public transport? If I use a cab, how much is that likely to cost?

The place u talk about is Majadahonda.

But Puerta del Sol is centre of town in Madrid and Majadahonda is a town outside Madrid, but you can go easily.

The public transport in Madrid is cool and cheap.... u can use the tube (subway) or buses.

Where is Majadahonda?  Sounds like the afueras of the city?

Public transport is incredibly good: clean and efficient, throughout Spain.

And to amend Irah...the Metro from Puerta del Sol to Atocha is two or three stops.  About ten minutes once on the train, and they run , like, every ten minutes.

And while you´re in Puerta del Sol, go into that great Paselería and have a treat for me.  I think it´s called la Mallorqueña.  It´s across the Plaza from the big Tío Pepe sign.

Not take the cab, is too expensive from puerta del sol to MajaDahonda.

Take the train (Renfe) from Atocha (line C-10) to Majadahonda, it is cheap.
