Travel from mumbai to nepal on bike.

hi.

anyone out there anyone can help me with any details as to what i need to cross the Indian border to enter Nepal..like do I need a any approval to take my bike into Nepal.......

Just across the Indo-Nepal boarder,Raxaul ( Jogbani), then u successfully entered the Nepal.

But when u travel u must bring ur some Id like Election card or Passport or something similar things, u need it when u r gone to abroad.But u don't need any Visa to enter.

Note:-U said u wanna travel 2 Nepal on Bike, 1thing remember bring galon of petrol cause nowadays Nepalese r facing huge petrol crisis.

But you ahve to pay the Toll fees it will be very high. Passport not required to go Nepal. So everything should be there for your bike.

I think you have to take international license to drive bike in Nepal. Because if you see on License it will say that valid only in India.

Not absolutely necessary to enter Nepal, but carry your passport with you. It will be valid identity everywhere.

You must have valid ownership and other supportive documents of your motorbike. At the border post, you will be issued a temporary registration to enter Nepal with certain fee. Your indian driver's license will work as you are entering Nepal only temporarily.
