egypt ,cairo,ziza ,alexandria ,sharim al seikh and al eirish ,al ouksar ,u seen them u seen egypt and its beauty ,saudi arabia riyadh is the business capital ,i dont have much knowledge or info of tourism in it ,becoz who go are directed mostly for islamic  zones ,regarding israel leave it last for political reasons ,if the saudi authorities find a israel stamp on your passport u might be refused entry ,google on line or use tourist recommendations ,and good luck
