Travel suggestions for <span title="OZ...........................?">OZ..........................</span>

hi, I know u r going to sleep but can u just give me some advice about an itenerary?

I was there in 2005 and I went first to Sydney, than Cairns - Port Douglas visiting Queensland by car, then I flew to Ayers Rock then to Broom, then I drove to Perth (but I didn't visit Monkey Mia because I was in a hurry) then I flew back to Italy.

So what would u advice to me, considering I'd like to see Melbourne (Victoria - 'the place to be') and Monkey Mia and if possible also Cangaroo Island ?

What about Darwin ?

i wouldnt go in aug  its winter and depending where you go it can be freezing

I would try and get up to Monkey Mia and Exmouth around that time you can fly up its well worth the effort and then take a trip to Melbourne

b) how much time do you have?

in general it´s possible to do all this things, and they are lovely..

August, okay: so it will be really early spring over there..

30 days, not enough time to do all whithout rushing from one place to another..

not easy to give a good advice.

i guess the weather will be rather cool, maybe really cold in the southern part of Australia.

Maybe you could start in Darwin, visit the great National Parks around.

if you like trains, take the ghan down to Melbourne, otherwhise fly... or go with a tour

spent some great days there and if you like wine go to the wynard.

visit the great ocean road... drive from Melbourne to Adelaide (cause you drive on the left site, you will be driving directly on the coast)

maybe spent a day in the NP

From Adelaide visit Kangaroo Island.. it must be wonderful.

me, i loved the southwestern part of australia, but it´s definitly to chilly this time of the year, exept the wildflowers must be great..

** hope to go to australia again(was there october to december 2007)
