Travel to Hedonism III or Desire Resort & Spa?

Question

We are planning to take a vacation to either Hedonism III (Jamaica) or Desire Resort & Spa (Mexico). We both enjoy partying au nautual as well as just chillin' out with other people that enjoy the same thing. We have been to the places in Europe and enjoyed them, but Desire and expecially Hedonism III seem to ramp up the action!! Anybody who has been there, either place, could you give us some feed back? Why not Hedonism II in Negril.  Better then III.  Crowd at II is a little older then III and usually consists of regulars.  Just depends on the week and what is happening but I've always had a better time at II then III.  Either way, enjoy.

Well the pro of Hedonism is that the water won't make you sick.. Too many strong drinks might.. But the water from the tap is good..

My friend has been to both and said the Hedo is more of a party and Desire more upscale and chill.. I'm sure the people are great at both places, as they seem to attract the same crowd.. Outgoing and friendly.

Desires food and resort in general are more upscale. It's newer.. Where as Hedo has a few years on desire, especially Hedo II, Hedo III is newer.

I have been to Hedo II and am going to Hedo III in 4 weeks. I have absolutely fallen in love with Jamaica. The island is beautiful, as are the people.

Just got back from Mexico 2 weeks ago and as much as I like parts of Mexico it doesn't hold my heart like Jamaica does. The land is flatter, the water is scary, and the language barrier can be difficult at times, especially because I haven't used my Spanish 101 in years. lol
