Travel to Oman by road?

My children (aged 10 & 7) are here in UAE on residence visa. Thier visa was stamped in 1st week of May 08, and now we are travelling to oman by road, i just want whether my children can travel to Muscat by road.

  1. No problem. As long as an Expat holds a valid UAE residence visa he/she can enter Oman by road. Take all family members passports with you.

    Have a nice safe trip.


  2. No problem if UAE residence visa holders. You will get oman entry seal & visa stamped on your passport at border at 30 dhs cost per person. Cantap beach, Qurum Beach & Muttrah Corniche (in night) are best spot to visit. Also newly  made Joggers Track you must visit.
