Travel to the South Pole?

Question

Considering doing an expedition to the South Pole at the end of the year. Just wondering if anyone else has done this before? You can do it through 'Voyage Concepts' travel group who organise it all; flights, guides, sleds etc etc. Just looking for some personal experiences?

I have never been, but would like to.  It is very expensive compaired to other places you could visit.  If you get the chance do it.
