Travel trailer no title pls help!!!!!!!!!?

Question

Can u get a "salvage" type title if a travel trailer was written off by the insurance company. i want to buy a trailer and the owner has no title...can I get one?

as long as you have a bill of sale with the serial numbers on it, you should be able to get a title from your department of motor vehicles. i would call them first to make sure before you commit to buy
