Anybody know how much trouble traveling from NJ to Philadelphia airport by train with a 10 month old will actually be? I could go to newark nj easliy by train by myself with the baby but tickets through philadelphia are more than 100 dollars less expensive. Should I pay the extra hundred and get there easily or try to make it to philadelphia?

  1. Traveling with in infant can be easy if you stay calm and plan ahead by having the appropriate necessities with you in an easy to carry bag, like a back pack not one of those silly useless diaper bags. A front pack, if the kid is small, or a child carrying back back is a life saver when wandering airports or train stations. You can just check the backpack at the gate - avoid taking a huge walmart stroller - it'll just stress you out.

Save money and take the cheaper route.

  2. My sister in law came from Minnesota to Arkansas on a plane with her six month old no problem.  I don't know about a train.
