Travelers visa?

Question

Im trying to get my grandparents to come from Mexico to California, but I have no idea how to get them a travelers visa.

Im also trying to do it as a surprise since none of my uncles, or my aunt have seen them in over 18 yrs. And most of my cousins havent ever met them.

Im going in mid dec. and im hoping to come back in january with them.

Please if someone can tell me of a website with that type of info, I've tried looking, and nothing :/
