Traveling abroad for teens?

Hey. I am looking for a good safe group to travel abroad to Europe, do you know any that are safe? I would like to go to to two or more countries and it should be affordable (i do realizes it will be expensive but i want to keep it under 7 or 8 thousand because i still have to pay for college) Right now i'm looking at Explorica and i have no idea if it is safe!! Well if you have ever had personal experiences with a group like this i would love to know!! thanks for your time!!

First of all, are you looking to travel ... as in a tourist .... or be an exchange student?
