Traveling for business, billing?

So I get delayed at the airport. They canceled the flight. reschedule. I get on that plane... they cancel it and send it back to the terminal. I finally get home far later than planned.

I am on business travel... After all this I am delayed 12 hours to get home.

Is it ethical to bill my customer. That ended up being a 25 hour day.
