Traveling from Ohio to Las Vegas?

My friend needs to get to Vegas (he lives in ohio).

I'm wondering...Is there a train to Vegas?If so,how much does it cost?

He doesn't want to drive due to the high gas prices...

I don't think he'll take a plane.

Nope, no train goes to Las Vegas.

If your friend insists on taking the train, Amtrak does offer a thruway bus connection to Vegas from LA or Salt Lake City though.
