Traveling from fargo, nd to melbourne...how long's my butt gonna be on that plane?

and how many stops along the way? i hate waiting. want to get there yesterday. and what's a good airline for this?

It depends on the airline/route you take, but most go via sydney/auckland (which is New Zealand btw) or both. My husband went to Canada a few years ago and it took him about 21 hours to get there. He got into L.A. in about 16 hours I think, then only had an hour to wait before flying on to somewhere else, then Canada.

I am guessing you will probably be on a plane for 15-18 hours-ish I reckon. But, hey, that's what we get for living on a giant island at the bottom of the world I guess.

Congrats on coming to Melbourne though, it's an awesome city. It's seriously worth the huge flight!

Have a good trip and watch out for Drop-bears ;)

PS If you are coming any time soon, bring your winter warmers, as melbourne can be somewhat chilly at this time of year. Anytime after september is gorgeous though...

Fargo ND to LAX is your problem.  LAX to MLB you have 2 choices.United or Qantas. Qantas flys a late evening service non-stop,14hours with a tail wind to KFS then an hour flight to MLB.
