Olympic airlines regularly fly to Australia via Bangkok , mid range price with ok service

For all four of your 'best' it would definately be British Airways.  They meet all of those and the most important one not on your list they are the best for safety too.

British Airways is certainly not the best for price and they have Terminal 5 at Heathrow for your displeasure.

When I last looked it was at least 800 pounds to Bangkok. If that is still the case and you have the time try BA and Emirates  who have a sale on  and fly to mumbai in India for about 400 pounds, then an internal flight to Calcutta for about 40 or 50, then go with Jet to Bangkok for about 160. Its a long way around and I think it gives you the best price, the BA flight will give you the best service and food and they are generous with the open bar (they have just changed supplier and its much better now) and the Jet flight will give you some good food and service, and shock horror ceramic plates and metal knives and forks. Thai Airways for luxury, comfort etc. Problem is depending on the date when you fly it can be expensive. I've done the trip many times and always found the middle east airlines such as Emirates, Gulf, Etihad excellent value comfort and price etc, only problem is you have to change planes.
